Flew back yeserday, bumpy as usual , i don`t know why, but trip overnight
always seem to be that way, we were in row 46 (on 747) and it wasn`t too bad, i visited the loo at the tail end of the plane, it was jumping around, so
if you don`t fly well pick the middle.

All star sports was great, we swam at 7.45 most mornings, pool was empty
water was like glass, blue sky, very very nice setting.
Best part for us was buses, always got a seat, have stayed at Movies twice,
so know it can be a pain always standing, or not getting on at all. This for us
would be a big factor for going to Sports again, I much prefer it to POR,which
seemed a bit dead when you have kids.

They always have a car and van taxi, on site, the outdoor concierge calls one over.
price to

seaworld 23, premium outlet 20, Florida mall 36, Universal 34

We used the i trolly from premium outlet at vineyard to go the length of
i drive to premium i drive.
usd 1.25 ,kids free, oaps 25cents (exact money reqd). Don`t bother
with Festival bay, about 10 shops there , the rest all closed down, we were the at 1pm, i bought a diecast car (collect them, sad i know,i`m 47), shop owner said i was first sale at 1pm !!!

Warning i trolley has wooden slated seats, and is very uncomfortable.

Back to all star sports, Reusable mugs, worked fine, until we went for a walk
and bought 2 from movies, despite a note saying you could use at all star resorts, they would not work at sports. You now place on a lever, looks
like a car brake pedal, we suspect there are chips in the bottom of the cups
to restrict where they can be used !!!(more mony grabbing, like Seaword
where half the area at Dolphin feeding pool, is restricted to those who bought food, so the "FREE" area is crowded.

Still jet lagged so will do a proper report later.

I`d like to say a big thanks to KODAK AND AQUATICA.i take a hd video camera with me, this time i bought a Kodak PLAYSPORT waterproof video camera, despite some reviews saying it let in water. What A brilliant piece of kit, 20 mins of video on Aquatica River rapids of my 2 kids (love it), we then went on a slide where 2 of you come down on rubber rings, got off ride, put
hand in pocket, camera gone !!!!, sick feeling, not for loss of camera but,2 hours of footage on it.
I bought an orange one, so it would be easy to see, we stood at bottom of
ride, where it goes into a pool, but water is so churned we could not see it.

went on other rides, but felt gutted, could not enjoy rest of day, then rain,
lightening came, so everybody had to get out. We went back to ride where camera was lost, i mentioed to guy there about lost camera,he said they couldn`t go into water as lightening was about.
I hung around for 30mins, ride was restarted, i mentioned to the guy again, bearing in mind the long queue, he was on the radio to the top, got the ride stopped, took off his shirt, goggles on, went in like Man from Atlantis, came up, down again retuned with my camera!!!!!!!:yay::yay:
Didn`t hold out much hope, 4hrs under a waterfall, but still worked.
They went out of their way.

P.S. Went to Typhoon lagoon , went in wave pool, decided to ride wave in
at about 3ft deep, got dragged along bottom ,which is a rough concrete, like sandpaper, took skin off a lot of my arm ,foot, so beware, DO this all the time
at home in Guernsey, but because it`s sand does not have same result. This was my own fault and not Typhhon`s, but we did see a few peole with skin missing, so beware.

I always avoid the wave pool. If I go out too deep then I get freaked out when I hear the horn blast for the waves to come or if I stay in too shallow I get dragged on the sandpaper bottom.

Great news about getting your camera back. I found one in Magic Kingdom a few weeks back during Extra Magic hours.....and handed it in at City Hall on our way out.
Regards the wave pool at Typhoon, I had this happen to me when only sitting in the shallow water. I had sunburn at the time and it ripped my back to shreds.
Only way to describe it......O-U-C-H !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :scared1::laughing:
