Just wanted to tell members reading reports of bad trips to Vero and OKW that it isn't always the case. We started out at Vero (where they really made my bday special) and ended up at OKW. The rooms and resorts were great. It was one of our best trips ever (and luckily we've had many, many trips)
In spite of occasional, minor issues, I have never had a bad trip either
