The breakfast buffet at the Sunset Grille is OK. They also have a continental breakfast buffet.
The shuttles to Sea World run a few times a day. Get the schedule at the concierge desk when you check in.

Hello All

We had paid for a pool view, and when we checked in, the hotel was full so there was no upgrade available. We were at the very end of the hall on the 1st floor, room 1154. We LOVED the room. We were right next to the side door, which led us right out to the pool, or right on the path to the parks. VERY convenient room. We will request that hall again for sure!!! You definately could hear the music at night. So if that would bother you, you should get a garden view. The resort is definately busy and hopping, which we loved. We visited the other resorts. If you are looking for quiet, the PBH is your best bet. The HRH is great, and is just for us. We are returning in June. We did eat at Sunset grill for breakfast-it was ok (I thought it was too expensive for the quality) We did get our Lowes cookies on our first full day - they were great! We did eat dinner at the HR Cafe 3 of our nights. It is absolutely the best!! The food is great and affordable, and the place is very fun. Mardi Gras was fun, the parade was cool, the kids had fun collecting beads. FOTL is the BEST!!!! It made it difficult to go to WDW for 1 day. Any more ?'s, just let me know!

Were you by any chance at the Mardi Gras parade on Friday, Feb. 28? We were on the sports themed float tossing off beads. Maybe we tossed some to you!

That is our FAVORITE room, we stayed in it last year when we went, it was soooooo awesome to be right next to door. We asked for it again this time, hope we get it.

we are going to HRH in a couple of weeks have pool view room reserved.
would prefer to be on a higher floor any suggestions for room requests. Is there a place to buy milk that you can walk to from the HRH. thanks for you help

I'm pretty sure they sell milk in the Hard Rock Store, along with cold drinks, snacks, etc.

I didn't see anything about a cabana but thought I would ask anyway. I saw in a previous post that HRH is planning to add some things to their cabanas. Does anyone know if the process has begun? Wondering when the price might go up. Mouseclick1, how did you get on the float? Sounds like fun!

We were just standing on the curb across from Twister, near the entrance to the concert area, waiting for the parade to start. It was about 7:30 pm. A Universal employee approached us and asked us if we would be interested in riding a float in the parade. It was a blast, except that we never did actually see the parade! Guess we'll have to go back next year to see it!

As far as buying milk, the only place in the whole hotel, is at the starbucks. And, it is 1.75 for a small pint. The HRH store only has other cold drinks (gator-ade and cokes) The cabanas are awesome!!

Please elaborate on the cabanas... What makes them awesome??? Have they added any of the new stuff yet?
