We had a wonderful time. The hotel was great. Staff was exceptional (especially Maria and Angeles at Tubbies). For eveyone that questioned the "Magic" at these resorts I am here to tell you it's there.

We got upgraded to a double balcony corner room when we arrived. On the second floor so it was renovated; it was beautiful. Its perfect because I think those rooms are a little larger than the other rooms and we end up renting a full size crib so we have more walking room. BY the way. we used A BABY'S BEST FRIEND and they were fantastic. Clean, true, full sized crib with a real mattress. I will never use another company again.

Tubbies was perfect. We ate there every morning for breakfast. The staff was so helpful and accomodating. DS has allergies so I would make all of his food up in our room and bring it down for them to heat up. On the days that I was alone they would always help me with my tray and set me up at a table. I know that they are advertised as a cafeteria but they are so much more. The staff is friendly and accomodating. And they really go out of their way to make it a pleasant dining experience. And I will have to look over my hotel bill but I think I got a vanilla milkshake for the Dolphin Fountain almost every day of our trip. We didn't do any sit down restaurants at the hotel we were trying to conserve $$ on this trip because we may be going back two times before the end of the year (DH has business scheduled in Orlando a lot this year- might as well take advantage while I can).

We took advantage of many of the hotel services and everything was perfect. Feel free to ask any questions.

So glad you had a wonderful trip! Talk about a terrific upgrade! Thank you for your reviews! We're going on our second stay at the Swan during Easter and I can't wait to be there!

Glad you enjoyed the Dolphin. I had one of those corner rooms with double balconies the first time I stayed there, too! Did your room have a king bed or 2 double beds? (I don't know if any of the corner rooms like that have 2 beds.)

Oh good a challange for me to solve?!?!

Truthfully the best part of the whole vacation was not having to worry about anything relating to the hotel or its remarkable service. We found out when we landed on Sat. night that my grandmother was very sick and right when I decided to fly back home to be with her I found out that I had strep throat (i had a sore throat the day I left and thought I better have it checked out before leaving), so my family told me not to come home so I wouldn't infect anyone else. So I was not feeling 100% and I was worried about my grandmother but I was still able to relax (as much as you can with a 22mnth old) and have a good time. And I really believe the hotel had much to do with that. I know it sounds corny but I feel good there and very comfortable. Any staff I have encounter or had to deal with has done nothing but go out of their way to make my stay better. You can not say that about many hotels.

On a personal note my grandmother was operated on and is doing better. Her recovery is going to be slow (she had a benign brain tumor that has affected her speech, memory and motor skills) but she is a strong lady.

Shhhhhh!!!! Keep our little secrets! (Swan/Dolphin) But I am sooo glad you had a nice trip in the long run. Best wishes to your grandma for a good recovery, even if its not speedy.
