Just Back 7/21-29 at the BWV

Me, my wife and my mom just got back from a week at the boardwalk. We left Newark on friday 7/21 and got delayed do to bad rain storms. We wound up arriving on Sat at 6am. We stayed off site the first night at the airport sheraton suites great place. When we got to the boardwalk about 4 on Sat afternoon our rooms were ready a 1 bdrm and studio it was a lock off. For the first couple of days I did not think anything about this but then I remembered that this combination was less points than we were charged. I called member services and figured this out and they then credited me 56 boints back to our 06 use year. This was my first ever summer trip and with the use of fastpass and the EMH we had no waits to speak off. Even got to stay on Kali river rapids back to back to close animal kingdom. Really liked Expedition Everest but I forgot my coupon for the free ride photo. Lastly did take advantage of the meal plan (we also have DDE card) I just figured it out and we saved about 150-170 dollars over what we have spent without the dining plan. Thats about all any questions just let me know

We were also at BWV then and had a great time. So glad you also had a nice trip. We had our first boardwalk view room and loved it. It was also our first summer trip and I was pleasantly surprised that the waits were not as bad as I expected for the rides and shows we like to see and do. It was hot, but we seemed to manage okay. I think it helped that the week before at home we were having 99 degree days - so the FL weather seemed just fine!
