We had a blast as always and had the calmest seas I have seen out of 6 cruises. The new parrot cay menu is good --the Prime Rib is to die for!!! I could not choke down the Avocaodo soup however. I guess I was expecting to like it since I like guacamole so much.... I felt terrible wasting it and even tried to spoon it in 3 separate times after taking a drink of water to clear my tasters. My husband who will eat anything tried it and didn't care for it either-- it tasted like plain watered down guacamole. I have seen other posts where some like it so don't go by my opion only... try it.
My Father enjoyed himself more than I thought he would have. It was priceless watching his face as he walked onboard and during the shows. He has Meniears Disease so I was a little concerned that he might not be able to handle to motion. I posted about his condition prior to adding him to our travel plans and received words or encouragment from others with his condition. Thanks to this board and the replies that I got, I was able to talk him into it. He had a grand time with no problems at all.
We sailed a group of six 3 of which had never been (Father and 2 friends). We walked around the ship and showed them as much as we could. One night after dinner we walked out on deck 4 all the way around we had never done that before. Seeing the rope wenches and huge chain links was facinating. It goes to prove that no matter how many times you sail there is always something new to discover.
If anyone has any questions I can try to answer them for you.

I am glad that you enjoyed your trip! I remember your post about your father.
I have one quick question for you. Did you have to wear a sweater at nite when you walked out on the decks? I am hoping that I won't have to wear pants and sweaters (I love spending time on the decks at nite).

Thanks for the info. We are leaving for the 4-nite cruise on the Wonder on March 2nd!

Just got back from a back to back. There were some nights I was freezing on the balcony, especially leaving port and coming home.
But then I have lived in Florida for the past 18 years so my blood has thinned out.
