booked Caribbean Beach bounceback for next year. CM on the phone stated, Values are not included in the bounceback for next year....I didn't question it because I wanted the Caribbean Beach..... anyone find this incorrect? The bounceback pamphlet mentioned no values whatsoever, no quick service.

i called back pretending to want to change My bounce back ressie...CM stated bouncebacks always get best deal and availabilty..no values included.
This September trip has been the most crowded in years! Cast members couldn't believe it. I will keep weekends as no park days, crowds were horrible.
fyi, family members tried to book one night last minute hotel stays.. not one opening at a Disney Value .
we ate mosty signature and sit down.. hardest same day ressie to get was Narcoosees. pretty much made ADRs day prior
