The morning extra hours seemed to work fine. Just make sure you are at the bus stop 1 hour before the park is suppose to open. That will give you plenty of time to get on the bus and get in line a few minutes before the gate opens. If the park starts getting really crowded, just hop to another park. We got ALOT done by 11 or 12 on those days. We tried the extra evening hours at Epcot and it was a joke! It was SOOOOO crowded! They open all of the fast pass machines again at 9:00pm. We went to fast pass Test Track at about 8:50pm. There was already a line of about 50 people at each machine. As soon as we got our fast pass we used it. When we exited the ride about 15-20 minutes later the line to ride Test Track using a fast pass was already out the building and under the monorail track. The majority of the lines were an hour or more wait. We gave up and went back to the hotel around 11:00pm. The wait for the bus was terrible! We waited for the bus for 45-60 minutes. This was the only real problem we had a problem with the busses. I suggest that which ever park has the extra evening hours, don't go to the extra evening hours but go to that park the next morning. I hope this helps....if you have any more questions, please ask.
