Oh My!!! CROWDS!!! holy cow!!! We went 2 years ago in the end of Sept. and pretty much all the rides and shows were a walk on, so we figured, why not try October (less rain) still warm and still no crowds..... All correct except for!!! I think everyone else had the same idea!!!!
I was shocked, 2 hour waits for Soaring, Splash Mountain.. even Indiana Jones was a standing room only event!!! I come from up here in Massachusetts and apparently alot of the southern states have "Fall Vacation"... WE WERE UNAWARE.... Still had a great time though... only 20 minutes of rain 1 day..... all the rest sunny and approx 85 to 90 degrees! Went to MNSSHP for the first time.. It was great, I highly recommend and also went to Cindy's Breakfast had a window seat.. Unbelievable, so happy we did that.... Planning a kidless Anniversary trip in July, I know about the crowds then so I will already be prepared!!! :earsboy:

I agree. We got back on the 16th. We have been several times in October before and were shocked by the crowd!!!!! On Friday when we were at Animal Kingdom we could not even get into the Tarzan Rocks show!!!!! Way to crowded. We still had a wonderful, amazing time!!!!! :goodvibes

We too were having a tough time trying to get into the Tarzan Rocks show... We waited in a huge line.... I agree though, still an amazing trip!!! :wizard:

our friends just returned from their first time in Disney and I kept on saying .....oh the crowds won't be that bad and WOW........they were not happy waiting for fast passes and rides and everything else.......but they still had a disney time and it was hot....
