Hey there:

Anyone planning a trip for a stay between Dec 19 and the 24th? Or have you been to the parks on those dates in the past?

I am curious about crowds on these days leading up to the busiest time of the year. Is it a calm before the storm?

My family has been during that time frame on several occasions, however, it has been a few years back. I still believe that you will find crowds manageable at this time. Christmas Eve should prove to be a ground swell of people and activity. Of course, the next few days will be very busy!

park hours are less, not that their are so many more people than the 4 th of july cmatt

I would think crowds would build each day during your stay. So do MK and the kiddie rides first, then MGM, AK, and finally Epcot.
I think Christmas is the BEST time at WDW
