Just a Reminder that 2020 Is Oberammergau Passion Play year

I do not know if ABD are doing a trip to Munich / Innsbruck in 2020

for visiting the Passion Play ....... which is held every 10 years ....

It is in Oberammergau half way between Munich ( Germany ) And Innsbruck ( Austria )

It will be on Daily From Mid May to end of September 2020

Performance starts at 2.30 pm & Ends at 10.30 pm

A break of an hour for dinner at 5 pm

We did a day tour of Neuschwanstein and Oberammergau after our Danube cruise. It was beautiful, like a storybook Bavarian town!

We've had our trip booked for over a year, we are going in Sept.-Oct. Not with ABD, but we are doing a land tour thru London, Paris, Switzerland, Germany, Italy. We can't wait.

Are you renting a car in London & taking car ferry / Eurostar to France & driving onwards ?

If you are Then Think again AS a RENTAL CAR is not allowed to leave the UK

You can Rent a car at MOST Ports on Mainland Europe & then there are very few restrictions to travel .

In Switzerland & Austria you will need to buy a special car tax disc .
