I called this morning still trying to change a horse riding reservation to a different day.
First time i called was a couple days ago -wait time was 20 minutes so i hung up at work and all.
A couple days later I waited 14 minutes only to be told that computers were down (really that's surprising).
So this morning I get right thru but CM tells me there are no reservations available for date and time I want?! I go ahead and cancel the ressie I have and she suggests i call back in a couple days to see if anything opens up.
History in planning this second and my very last Disney trip has taught me that these CM's are not very competent although they are very polite. So I call back ten minutes after the first call -speak with another CM who gets me that unavailable date and time i requested 10 minutes prior.
Problem is still that they are not very competent so do I really have a reservation? This won't show up on my MDE so it's a bit of a crap shoot -although I did ask her three times to confirm date and time.
I will call back in a couple days and verify ressie and once more on the day before our trip.
Fingers crossed.
