Am I correct in stating that out of the 3 on-site hotels, RPR is the only one that has laundry facilities?

I am staying at a club level room at RPR, do I need to request a non-smoking room?..or are they ALL non-smoking?

You are not correct.

HRH and RPH have laundry facilities.

No smoking allowed on the club floor or in suites.

Smoking at RPH is only in certain rooms, lower floors, at Tower 2.
Club is not in Tower 2.
