Jungle Cruise/Mansion Rooms/Dark Room Crash Bugs

(Edit: Bug is fixed, yay!)

For the past week or so, I crash every time I start a game of Jungle Cruise, as well as when entering the Mansion rooms for npc credits. (No problem with Pirates; haven't tested to see what happens with Mansion game or Fireworks.)

Today I found that I can't enter my own dark room because of crashing. (Fortunately, I've only been using it for storage.) If this keeps up, the room will be useless and I'll have to empty it. (Hmm, I'd better check the Fantasyland dark rides, too.)

Anyone else have this problem? This is a first for me, other than sometimes crashing in the Music Game, which is known to be a general bug.

everythings been fine for me the only thing i had a problem with was the music game and someone suggested turning off the sound and going into an empty music room and it worked havnt crashed in the game since but the other stuff has been fine for me - shrugs -

I just tested my other computer (a very old, slow desktop) and found I do not crash in those rooms or Jungle Cruise while using it. So this is apparently a problem with my laptop or software.

Anyone tech-savvy have some suggestons? I have not upgraded to Firefox 2 yet; could that have anything to do with it? (Using Internet Explorer didn't seem to make any difference.)

do you have a windows or mac? im running firefox but i updated it you may want to try that - shrugs -

yea upgrade to firefox 2.1 or higher and instal a new version of shockwave if it continues to happen

I upgraded my Shockwave, and that did the trick! So glad to have my dark room back, especially.

hey aliceblue i have that same problem except i dont crash in the games i crash whenever i go to the music game on main street or the monorail maybe upgrading my shockwave could help me too.

hey cats it was suggested to me earlier this week to try turning the sound off in the game any time i play the music game or go on the monorail and it worked for me try it and hopefully it will work for you too

Unfortunately, this seems to be a bug that most people are having; something that needs to be fixed by VMK. Can't hurt to upgrade your Shockwave anyway, though!

Batty is right; turning off the sound in your settings works for a lot of people, although it is not foolproof.

oh thx for the help you guys, i thought it was just my computer or something. i didn't know other ppl were having that problem too. I hope it will be fixed. Thx for the help.
