HAL’s. Victoria stops were in the evening, docking around 4pm. if RCL is on a similar schedule, that may affect what you can do.

But as others have said, going to AK without excursions is missing a bunchz

Maybe you’re just referencing the Alaska cruises, but our West Coast one in April is sched to stop in Victoria.

Correct. DCL does not have an itinerary with Juneau and Victoria.
