June 6-Day 3 IOA here we come

mil-hmmm not enough space to tell about her. Well just say she and her mind took seperate vacations.
Now add bil-42 and sil-42

Actually this one should be here comes the rain. We got up and had a quick breakfast in the lounge and the headed out to IOA. When we got there the Hulk was not running. My oldest boys and dh were bummed, they love the Hulk. We went to ride Dr Doom and Spiderman. The Hulk was now running so we went back to ride that and Stormforce for the little ones. Everyone was ready for a big lunch so we left went to Nascar to use our certs there. Again we had 4 certs for the 10 of us. It was no problem at all to use them and they just gave us 1 bill. Our waitress was great.

DH and bil took our 2 yr old back to the resort for some rest and to check on mil--who was not doing anything at all with us. The rest us went back to IOA. We were waiting for Cat in the Hat but one couch got stuck, we didnt want to wait. Then it started raining again with lightning so basically everything in the park shut down but Cat, Spiderman and The Poseidons Fury. We watched Poseidons Fury--it was okay but nothing I need to see again.
Finally the rain and lightning let up and we got to ride DD--its my favorite attraction and took the little ones on the Unicorn. We then made our way to Jurassic park which my 4 yr old is finally tall enough to ride. I had to stop and by the picture of his first ride and then the park was closing.
Went back to the resort and had a snack in the lounge and went to our rooms to pack. We were checking out in the am to go to the Poly for 5 nights.
It was sad to leave we love staying at Universal.

I'm glad you were able to enjoy your trip despite the rain. My one big complaint about IOA is that so much is closed when it rains. We were there for one day only once during a long lasting thunderstorm and there was really very little to do and even a lot of the shops and eateries closed up.
