I have a major case of butterflies in my stomach and we don't leave until tomorrow. The bags are almost all packed. DH just has to do his. This is really happening. After a year of planning... It's just so hard to believe we leave tomorrow!

Just finishing our second day and starting to get over Jet Lag!

Those traveling with kids on Red Eye if the kids sleep good if they don't very very bad!

TDC & Improv DLP is fun but different it is a little ligh on detailing Phantom Manor is open! Has a western storyline it is different!

Rides I like better thenWDW Snow white & Big Thuder, Pirates & Phantom Manor are different !

Going tothe Studio tomorrow have done DLP, GOING TO PARIS SATURDAY! TDC I'm in room 2326 no problem for Walts on Sunday!

For those who want to know we will be arriving in BCN on Monday afternoon have fun till then I will check in when I can

We are leaving here in San diego in one hour!!!!! My mum and dad and our kids are driving us to LAX and we are on our way to London!!!! I think I should sleep well since I haven't for three nights!!!!!

Arrive for an eveing in London and will be at the AC Barcelona Hotel from Sunday till Wed. Everyone enjoy!

Sorry about the luggage Buck! At least it's not gone forever!!!! PS Thanks for the great tip on Mobal cellular. We have our phone "Gassed" up and ready to go! We've already had fun playing with it. Can you say "refinance the house to pay the cell bill"!!!!

I'm happy to say we all made it through the excitement of all this planning and we are ACTUALLY on our way, everyone!!!! Can you believe it????

We have been in Aix since driving from Barcelona last Thursday. DD is still without her luggage. KLM did not send it to us in Aix as promised and I expect some heated phone calls to them today.

Yesterday (sunday) we saw the Disney excursion walking through Aix. We saw a few people with Mouse name tags on their shirts. They were walking to different points as the guide described the statues and there history. Very cool to see them and cant wait to get on board for our 10 days.

As mentioned, it is very hot in Italy right now, not so bad in France. It was close to 90°f in Palermo on Sunday. We visited Cassis on the coast on Friday and stuck our feet in the Med. DS went in for a swim while we sat on the beach. Very beautiful fishing village!

Our apartment in Aix is very comfortable. The kids have their own space and it is in a great location. It is on a busy street and it reminds me of living on Hemingway St. in Boston when I was in college. Ahhh, those were the days!! LOL

Spending LOTS of euros on bread and pastries plus on DD buying here replacement items, no Hollister or Abercrombies here thank god!

Reporting live from BCN, the weather here is wonderful. Got here yesterday and it was low, mid-80's all day. Very nice. Having a great time so far and the apartment we rented from BCNINTERNET.com is great! I can't say how glad I am to have heard of this place right outside the Arc de Triomf. Our view from the balcony overlooking the Passeig is great. Arc de Triomf on our right, a splenderous view of the "you know what shaped" tower building right out in front, and the towering spires of the Sagrada Familia to the left.

Looking forward to a Segway tour today...................

Hi All

I just came down from the pool deck at the Grand Marina in Barcelona after having a few cocktails its about 8PM! We had a day long tour of Barcelona today with a privateguide even with all 4 kids it was a good time tomorrow we board the MAGIC Horayy!

Anyone home yet from the cruise? Can't wait to hear everyone's experiences. We got home last night or should I say very early this morning. We had a great time and were really sad to have to leave. I'm wondering who is going to be making my bed this morning. Oh, that would be me. Back to the real world.

We are back!!!!!! what a great trip! Just working on organizing pictures and trying to write up a trip report! I wish I had time to journal it each day - since some of the little details are already fading!!

Welcome home, slackers! I am going to have to work on my blog now because the internet on the ship was pretty bad.

I took 1701 photos. It's going to be difficult enough picking the ones for the blog.

Wow 1700 pictures??? I took about 1200 and I thought that was a lot. My son has his own camera and he took 1400!

We're back as well. Flew straight to Philly and drove the 5 hours home since we were tired of sleeping in beds other than our own!

I don't know what my final picture count is but we took over 500 each in Rome and Naples alone! I didn't want to miss anything and my picture taking abilities aren't that great. I figured the more I take, the more likely I would end up with SOMETHING decent.........

Were back too!

Came in late Saturday flight into Paris was held on Tarmac Air Frances ground crews held a Wild Cat Strike on Saturday!

Got off plane had 3 hours to kill had late lunch went to terminal for flight home plane was there but delayed (due to strike) for 2 & 1/2 hours!!

Boarded plane at 9PM (Paris Time) didnt take off untill 11PM!!!!

Arrived Boston about Midnight I figure we spent about 24 hours in transit!
