We are document-dancing here, too - they arrived by USPS today! That just seems earlier to me than previous cruises, but hey, I'm glad to have them! We also got an info thing from Vancouver tourism so now we can go through that and figure out what we want to do in Vancouver. Gotta read the Vancouver thread, too. And finish up Fish Extender items. And read the temperature guide for Alaska. And figure out if everyone has enough of the right weight clothes that still fit!
My husband and I want to do the FEs but don't know how to get on the list. I've had FE made and am trying to find the info. Can u post how I do that? We are staying at the Vancouver Pacific Rim on Saturday night. We are coming from Dallas, TX:

Welcome to the gang, lrodis and saratogal.
As has been previously mentioned in the thread:
"I'm sorry to say that we had set a deadline for announcing participation in the FE (4/10) that had already passed by the time you joined the thread. As long as there are no objections, I can add you to the list, and provide same to you...however, I can't make any assurances as to which (if any) participants might be able to have gifts for your stateroom, given that many have already started/completed their items.
Existing participants, I leave this for you to make your own individual determinations. It would be too complex at this point to get a "majority rules" vote.
I would need to have a PM from you (which means you need a minimum of 10 posts to send), with names and stateroom # for all participants. You've already given kids' ages. Also, if you want the spreadsheet version of the list, you would need to include your e-mail address in the PM."
It appears that a few people responded with agreement to include additional people. If you wish to participate, please send the PM with the needed information to me as SOON as possible.

Hi, sorry we can't make ur list. I'm bringing all my gifts and FE. So it u hear of others who can't get on ur list, I'd be happy to "surprise them" with gifts. Don't mind not receiving. Just so much fun in giving to others. We can be a quiet hidden Mickey. Could be more exciting for a family. Hank and I are "grandparents" and we don't mind. I'm just learning my way around the blog. So maybe on our next Disney cruise we'll start our own. Adventurous for grandfolks, lol.

We are glad u can put the two of us (Hank and Lois) Lubbock, TX; Rm 6508 on ur list.
Look forward to getting a list of who we will be giving gifts. If there is a mtg for our whole group, let us know and we will try to be there. We arrive in Vancouver on Jun 13 mid afternoon. Staying at Waterfront, Pacific Rim Hotel. Appreciate any info u have. This is only our second cruise w/Disney. Saw ur list for each day...glad to find out about this. Wonder why Disney doesn't put it out with the booklet they send u. If would be so helpful for packing purposes.
Lookin forward to seein u in 30das.![]()
We have three weeks left of school and they are jam packed - which means i can't think about packing for Alaska til school is over. Plus these boys are GROWING right now which means they have about outgrown the pants that they have - they live in shorts from mid-April to mid-October, but for going to Alaska, that means I need to be sure they have pants that fit. And extra shoes.
Cindy: I feel your pain. Both my boys are in a growth spurt, so I've held off on shorts, jeans, & pants shopping. I need them to fit on the cruise, but hopefully for when school starts. There is so much going on until school gets out--especially w/ Liam graduating. There is something going on every day!
I am nervously excited about the cruise.I need more time to get ready & that's making me very nervous. Less than 4 weeks!!
Going to Canada for a few days.
Has anyone seen Navigator's or menus posted yet? If so, please give us a link if you can.
Looking forward to finally meeting!![]()
