June 09 Honeymoon!

My question is how hot is it there on the first week of June?! Also is it miserbly crowed?!
We will be there June 8-14! FI first trip ever & I Disney!!!! We are thinking of just staying at POP because we like the idea of the MYW plus dining being paid for in full before we leave. We can stay at Shades of Green but no package is included....Any ideas?! Our budget is 1500-2000.

Nothing wrong with Pop. My honeymoon is May 2009, 17-22, and we are staying at Pop. After the wedding we simply can't afford a mod or a deluxe resort. After time, before we decide to have kids we'll probably go back and stay at the Grand Floridian, but not right now.

I love POP. We stayed there in Jan. And we're staying there in Dec 09.

We're honeymooning at Disney in June as well. May 31-June 9th at Animal Kingdom Lodge Concierge Level.

You can def do those days with park hoppers and dining at POP for just around 2k.

Congrats! We are honeymooning next June too! You will love the dining plan and I definitely think that's the way to go. We did it for the first time last year and it was so nice to have an all-inclusive Disney trip and we knew all of our costs up front, which definitely helps with budgeting. It was great to eat at some of the nicer places and order whatever you want and not care about the price because its included. We certainly wouldn't be like that paying OOP!!

Fastpass is the solution to the crowds.

I have friends that stayed at POP and had great comments. You don't have all the "extras" but when your at Disney that doesn't really matter!
