We got the Comcast Motorola DVR about 3 weeks ago and are having problems with the TV or DVR sound being muted. For example, on Tuesday nights I'll set the DVR to record NCIS from 7 to 8. We get home from my daughter's dance class at 7:20 and we'll try to watch another program since I don't want to watch the end of NCIS. We can change channels ok without messing up the NCIS recording but the sound is muted. I have to stop the NCIS recording and turn both the TV and DVR off and then back on to get the sound back. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it?

I can't tell you how many times I've been hung up on or had no help at all. I decided from now on I will go into the office and explain to them or bring it with me and tell them to hook it up and see for themselves.
