I know it's impossible to predict accurately, but are weekdays in July typically significantly busier than the second last week of August? Thanks!

I think it is quieter late Aug because a lot of kids are back in school.

Look at the Magic Key blackout calendars.

July is usually slower than August because there are more black outs for MK holders. The 2 lowest tiers are completely blocked out for the entire month of July.

Schools here go back pretty late in August, for the most part. My kids go back the 25th.

I've said it before several times: July is the best month of the year to visit Disneyland Resort.

That has been my experience too in recent years. Though the second half of August is sometimes really nice too. Before Halloween time starts but after a lot of kids go back to school. I think my son goes back on 8/17 this year.

I concur with all this as a passholder going on 8 years now and I live 6 hours away so can't just head over same day even if reservations open.
My birthday just so happens to be in July so another excus..I mean reason to go

September and October are my favorite for theming but not for weather. We get those late hot days and they can be brutal but i'll take it over the humidity.

Our favourite time to go is the 3rd or 4th week in August, I think we have gone during that time 5 or 6 times. Schools here don't go back until the day after Labour Day so it is perfect for us.

We are in Nor Cal and my kids go back August 10. I think start dates are all over the place.
