This is in Hollywood Studios, One Man's Dream, just before you enter the theatre at the end. It is a model of part of Tokyo DisneySea and the three towers apparently make the worlds largest built hidden Mickey. Well done to Aruna who even identified which part of Tokyo Disney Sea it was!
