I was looking at discovery cove tickets back in February. They showed then that the regular ticket gave you multiple days to Aquatic and Sea World. I look now and it looks like I have to pay extra for those extra parks. Did they change the tickets?

They changed them, but longer ago than Feb (maybe 8mos ago?). They now "discount" tickets w/o the other park admissions included.

I just found if I get our tickets to Discovery Zone thru Undercover Tourist it will include the extra days to Sea World and Aquatica. Has anyone used Undercover Tourist?

Yes, for Universal tickets. They are reputable and easy to use.
