July crowds post-4th

My son has a karate tourney at Coronado on 7/6 and 7/7. We'll arrive on 7/4 and stay until 7/9. What can we expect for crowds in the parks on 7/5, 7/8, and 7/9? We haven't been in July.

It's pretty busy, many who go down for the holiday stay for a week or so. But it's still a ton of fun and you can get on plenty of attractions.
