July 7 month availability...any resorts with issues?

Even though our next vacation is one week away, I am looking ahead to summer of 2013. I do like going spring break, but next year my younger daughter will be taking college classes as well as HS classes so she won't even have a break (which sucks because for once we will have the same break in the district where I teach).
My second choice is to go in mid July of 2013 because I will be turning 50. We haven't been in July for a while and yes, I know it's hot and it rains every day. There's nowhere else I'd rather be for my big BDay, even if a hurricane blows up.
We will have enough points for a 1BR for a week at standard view BWV or AKV, or at OKW. We will be 8 points shy of a week for our home resort, SSR. I kind of wanted to try OKW anyhow since I've never been there. (or, we could do a studio anywhere, but we will have hopefully two kids with us, 18 and 15, and I'm worried about space). This is borrowing our 2013 points as well (Aug. UY, we go in July) since I'm pretty sure the oldest will be getting married in 2014 and we won't be able to go anywhere.
Do any of the resorts book up in July, without the usual "high demand" events (f&w)? I plan to book 6 nights at SSR and then switch to one of the other choices.

If you call right at 7 months you just may get BWV SV, I think AKV standard view will be available as well. Wait list for either if you must. In the past, I've gotten BCV over 4th of July at 7 months. I hope you get what you want!

don't think you will any problems. if you go for OKW you will have enough room.
