July 3 - I think I'm the only one coming in to work today.

I'm at work, started at 7:00... it's pretty quiet here today, I guess a lot of people took today off. However, I leave on Saturday for the beach for 2 weeks!!

I manage a retail store, and I know we are going to be slow. Luckily I don't have to be at work until 10am

Seriously, this is a Housing Authority, and we're open. My associate is off, so I'm on. Of course, I'll be off next week.

I feel the exact same way as you....it's nice that there was no traffic but it stinks working on a day when most everyone else has off.

Hubby went to work today.

I'm working a teeny bit--but I work at home and select hours based on what is availalbe and desirable and what is not. I had more scheduled--but they were unpleasant tasks (I answer phones for infomercials and a shopping channel). So if they'd had better stuff, I'd be working as well.

DH had to work today, but he did take last thursday and friday off.

He rode his bike in, lighter than normal traffic.
