Well, our last break ended at Easter and our last day is June 17th.......so to me, that is a long stretch......it's been one of those years too! Have a nice holiday!

Lets hope it goes quickly.

In the second week (April 15th) we are going away in our motorhome (RV) so I hope its not too wet and cold

How's the weather been? Tomorrow we're to have an amazing day, we're hoping for 70 degree weather (Fahrenheit)

That would be wonderful Harole Ann!!!! Maybe we can decide on a mini-meet for Sunday July 26. What do you think, JoAnn, Helen, Julie? We get back home from the Tortola cruise the day before.

Are you sure it's spring on your side of the pond Andrew? Snow? Although our middle states just got several inches too. We've been really lucky on the east coast.

We will try to mark that July 26 date on our calendar for New York. It would be so nice to see everyone again!

Right now we are planning on leaving Friday for South Carolina to visit our daughter and son-in-law. They have Flowertown Festival this weekend and it is so great. We have missed it the past few years and are looking forward to going this year. Liz said the azalea's took a hit from an early freeze so that will be disappointing as everyone in their town has azaleas in their yards. The entire town is full of them. I hope I can get some pretty pictures to send you.

Just asking for prayers and pixie dust for my mom. I got home on Monday and she couldn't walk. It seems she has a heart arrhymia and a mild stoke that weakened her right side. She's still in the hospital and will probably go into rehab for a few weeks. Then she'll need home care. So please pray that God will help us through this.

Well this is the first day of my 2week holiday.

Its been snowing and the temp has been inbetween 30's and 40's brrrr its cold.

I stare longingly at pictures of the Caribbean, I wish we had gone there instead of Germany during Spring Break.......I can't wait until we see CC this summer.......IT IS LONG OVERDUE! Do you have any holiday plans??

We actually hit 70 degrees today, beautiful!

Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers . We got mom into a rehab center yesterday and she seems to like it. It's only been one day and hopefully the honeymoon won't be over too soon. . My brother-in-law's engagement party is on Sat eve so that should be fun.


They had the snow in the UK on the news the other day. Ugh, where is spring?????? Maybe if I take a deep breath I can blow the warm weather to you Helen!

Maryann so glad your mum is doing ok - I hope the honeymoon period lasts for you -we'll still think of you.

70 degress I'm soooooooo jealous . The snow seems to have stopped for a while but its still very cold with lots of april showers. -

Keep your fingers x that the weather will improve as on Tuesday we are going away with the dogs in the motorhome (RV) now normally its great. But 3 wet dogs in a motorhome is no fun.

Well this afternoon Dave and I are going to see the uk's Dancing on ice tour. Even though I hate to admit it Dave is looking forward to seeing who will fall.

My oldest DD is currently studying in London and SHE LOVES IT! It's so nice to know that she is happy and doing well and loving the UK. Lynn and Keith are nearby and promise to keep an eye on her!!!
