So I'm really mad. I spoke to DCL the other day to make sure that all of our info was set and we wouldn't have any problems. I was able to book one of our cabins but I got a note for the other one saying that we either haven't paid or didn't have birthday info - wrong on both counts! Now I have to get on the phone and talk to them again tomorrow - what a pain in the neck! Plus I was hoping to get VIP Pisa - guess I need to book a suite next time!!

I'm done! We got everything we wanted. I was so nervous in the beginning because I had to book excursions for 3 staterooms. I couldn't quite get the hang of it and started breaking out in a sweat. I finally figured it out and everything went smoothly.

I gave up on the Disboards a while back locked out for a long time.

The DCL site was a breeze, although I couldnt find the 'BACK' button this time, didnt come up, lucky I had opened up four 'TAB' browing on internet explorer, so switched to the others.

Hope everyone gets what they want, I booked a Palo dinner in addition to my plans although I hadnt really planned for that.

PS Helen your Palo brunch is same day as mine.

I had to book three staterooms as well...had 2 laptops.

The hotel we are in only had one port, no wireless...but my DH had an aircard!!

We did not get VIP Pisa...but got everything else. I booked PISA.

Maybe I will look into a private tour.

Thre was no brunch PALO at all....Booked 3 tables for Tuesday, last day at sea.....but all different times 6:00 6:30 and 7:00?? Thre are 14 adults with us, and I could reserve 12.....

Maybe I will try for the private room.

Took me an hour....now 4:22am go to bed!!

Ok all - I'm mad too and don't know what happened. Got online at 12 midnight and when I got to my saved list - my VIP Behind the Scenes DID NOT show up - really wanted this one - was able to get everything I wanted elsewhere and the only one I really wanted was the one mentioned above.

However, I managed to book the VIP Exclusive Vatican and Highlights of Rome - DD says that I should be happy and to check back at 75 days -I'm hoping that they saved a few spots - don't know what happened to my Vatican BTS Tour - it just never showed up as available although it was in my wish list - anyone get this one?

I'm so jealous - but happy - looks like most everyone got what they wanted with the exception of one person so far (so sorry for your problems) hopefully you'll get it straightened out.

Also I guess I was lucky enough to book both a brunch and a dinner on Day 7 - day at sea have never done brunch but heard its good. I will probably be canceling one as I couldn't book the brunch for 4 0 DD and her BFF wanted to do it and they couldn't get it - so we both booked dinner that same night at 6:30. Counted myself lucky for being able to book both Brunch and Dinner on the same day and on a sea day at that!

Hi Helen - just got kicked off - I'm really happy - I just reread what I wrote and realized that I sounded like a ticked off spoiled child - I really am happy - as I got my 2nd choice in Rome - just wondering what happened - I suspect that this is probably what happened and like DD says - they've got to have some spots open - she volunteered on embarkation day to wheel my bags while I "Run" to the excursions desk and see if they have any spots available.

I will post a list of what I got as soon as I straighten out the confirmation sheets - right now they are scattered all over the floor as I had DD on a 2nd compter doing her cabin and she managed to spill the tray with all the sheets - when it clattered to the floor - DS said - something fell - I yelled at him - LEAVE IT!!!
