Let's all look at it together..............Andrew....GO ON VACAY:rotfl2: ...Helen....when's yours??..:confused3 ..Kyla....enough with the lanyard posts.....:rotfl: Everyone knows I'm kidding, right??:scared:

Perhaps if I keep going, I could get the next pirate:

I am certainly up for this! Dave and I wanted to do this restauarnt anyway.

I think they open @ 8pm - whilst it might be slightly early for most of barcelona I think it will be good as -We should be able to get a seat. Although I would be willing to organise a reservation -if you want. I will need to know details of how many would be coming.

Although we could do it the other way round as well - meet @ the fountain and then go for a late meal there. I am open to both - Let me know and I can certainly try and help organise!;)

Tom & I are are in for dinner. Before the fountain would probably be better so we can hit the ground running the next morning. If I can help you out, I'll be happy to.

red sox is a practically a profanity here in New York for the most part, although we do have a fair share of red fans... since I am a die heart Mets Fan:cheer2: :cheer2: , and totally dislike the Yankees, I do root for the Sox when they play against the Yankees- it drives my husband crazy :upsidedow :rotfl2:

Just between you and me Sallie, I am a closet Met fan that lives with diehard YANKEE fans. On a positive note, my SIL is a die hard Met fan, too. I grew up as a Met fan and married a Yankee fan. But don't judge him too harshly, he really is a great guy!!!!

I had a second visit with the surgeon (sorry to those who have no idea what I'm talking about......) and he said I don't have to have surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!:woohoo: :yay: :dance3: :cheer2: :grouphug: I'm so happy...................so it's full steam ahead for the WDW HM!!!

GREAT NEWS JOANNE!!!!!!!!! Congrats!!!!

I LOVE Sue Ellen from Dreams....she has done some amazing things for us over the years!! If you want her e-mail address, I can get it for you.

What does the TA do for you? We are DVC members. We used AAA for one of our cabins for this trip - she didn't do anything special - we definitely knew more than her.

Okay it is 7:20 pm here and I told the family we are leaving for the beach at 8pm ... it is about a 3 hour drive with out traffic. I was hoping for rush hour to be over before we started out....., guess I should go pack.....don't need much!!
Lisa

Where is Bethany? I grew up in MD - I've spent time at Ocean City, MD, Virginia Beach, VA and Nags Head, NC - beaches are great fun! I much prefer the Atlantic to the Pacific!!

Me too - I won't be able to stay up and try to pick up another pirate pirate:
Did anyone see this article (AP story on Yahoo):

Naples' garbage crisis worsens
Thu May 24, 2:52 PM ET

Naples' garbage crisis may worsen with the planned weekend closure of the only working dump in the area and piles of trash growing higher, officials said Thursday.
The bleak assessment came a day after President Giorgio Napolitano warned that Naples risked an "ecological and health disaster" unless authorities worked out where to put tons of garbage that has been piling up for nearly two weeks.
Full dumps have prevented collectors from hauling away trash, and local communities have stymied government attempts to construct and operate more of the facilities.
On Saturday, authorities plan to shut the dump at Villaricca, north of Naples, exacerbating the situation, according to the office of the government-appointed "garbage czar," Guido Bertolaso. The Villaricca dump has collected rubbish from the southern Campania region for months and is now full.
The Campania region — home to the luxurious Amalfi Coast but also the slums of Naples — has been plagued by a number of garbage crises in recent years. Dumps fill up, and local communities block efforts to build new ones or create temporary storage sites. In 2004, a rubbish crisis prompted weeks of protests.
In a letter published Wednesday in the financial daily Il Sole 24 Ore, Napolitano appealed for a quick solution, warning that further delay would "precipitate an ecological and health disaster, with serious economic and labor repercussions."
He also lamented the "absurd" acts of vandalism that have accompanied the crisis — an apparent reference to the fires residents set last week to burn the trash.
Fire brigades have said they put out hundreds of fires in the area in recent days. The burning of chemicals — which can release toxic smoke — have added to the already putrid smell of decomposing garbage.

Yuck!! Hope this gets taken care of!!:scared1:

I got hit with a really bad migraine today, but I took some notes and I think I will get all this right..

Kyla, I think that this is another competition going one. I mentioned that on another thread there is a Queen of Multi-Quotes - there the winner was over 36+. Andrew, BelleLinus, do you know? FaiaryGodmother I think holds it.

Anyway, Seems that besides it being :cool2: you can just multi-quote as you are reading each post instead of answering each individual post and then returning back to your spot. Aurora1959 has I think 32 mutil-posts so I think she's got the "title" for now. Haven't gone back to check some others.

But most of all its just fun to try. Some have had difficulty doing it as I did in the beginning but you get the hang of it. Also, it sorta of a memory grame to see if you can remember all the posts and why you quoted them.

Try it - its kinda fun.

You just hit the multi-quote and continue reading, then when you ready to reply just hit post reply and all your selections will come on. You can then edit and delete the portions you want to keep or delete. Good Luck!

Way to Go Carrie/Aurora1959. She's was Earning her Ears on Saturday and now she's a pro!

Thanks - Yeah - and I am getting close to 100 posts here. Most of it in the last 6 days.

Isn't like 65 DAYS before we are on the MAGIC.

:dance3:

Andrew hasn't gone to bed yet, his light is still on.:rolleyes1

:rotfl2:

We are leaving for the beach tonight for the long weekend (Memorial Day Weekend).

www.bethanycam.com is the web cam.....watch how crowded it gets this weekend. Our weather on the East Coast is awesome!!! Need to go pack

have a great weekend.

Don't try to sneak in, Andrew . . .

PIRATE!!!!

Congrats pirate:

Thank you! You will get the next one . . .

Our motto: "Anyone but Andrew" . . .

Hasn't Helen racked up a ton too?

WHEW! Now that that pirate: run is over - on with the chit chat.

Now is anyone else finding it funny to write Will Smith? I keep getting a visual of The Prince of Bel Air instead of Orlando - And he's just blooming gorgeous.

And on that note - DD20 went to see POC 1, 2, & 3 at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. They want me to go see AWE (3) but I hate to drive down there. Am I nuts?

That is so funny - I was totally thinking of The Prince of Bel Air and couldn't figure out what the heck he had to do with a piratepirate:
Thanks for cluing me into that one - and yes he is blooming gorgeous. But, I'm a pretty big fan of Mr. Depp's too:)

I'm in class and my students have work time - they have a giant project due tomorrow. Is it bad of me to be checking the disboards - I think so!!:teacher: Oh well, I just keep minimizing the window when they come up to ask me a question :cool2:

Okay, I do not get the whole Will Smith thing......soemone please explain?

OK - Will Smith - aka the fresh prince of bel air aka 'J' :confused3
I too don't get what that has to do with all this. Orlando Bloom plays Will Turner in Pirates, is that somehow related? :confused3 :confused3

:rockband: party: :jumping1:

That is awesome news. Congratulations.

Well, it's lights out for me..............don't forget to post your Memorial Plans....summer's on its way!! Also, the Magic is about to dock in Barcelona for its first Med cruise........... :cloud9: :dance3:

Congratulations - big load off of your shoulders!!

I've spent a summer in Ocean City.........the boardwalk............saltwater taffy......the Delaware line..................fishing for croakers and teaching my US friends to paddle (see below)

(PADDLING - this is a British term, I believe after much research the closest you have in meaning is wading, however in Britain if we were wading we would be in deeper water than if we were paddling, our paddling requires no oars or paddles although we do recognise this second meaning of paddling if we are in a canoe. Paddling in Britain is a summer activity often carried out in near freezing water, on a pebbley beach accompanied by various squeaks, screeches and groans. A hankerchief tried in knots in all 4 corners and placed on the head is considered appropriate headwear for this activity, swimwear is optional. Don't panic we don't do that clothing optional stuff here in Britain either, it's too cold! We leave that to our European neighbours, No what I mean is if we don't have our swimwear with us then men roll up their trouser legs and women tuck their skirts into their knickers, the use of any type of water shoe is frowned on as this would mean the infamous British stiff upper lip could not come into play!! This in considered by most to be a very enjoyable activity!!!
Taken from Lynn's Guide on how to look like a native and not a tourist whilst on holiday in Britain)
:goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

For the definition of any other British words used in the text eg knickers or trousers you must purchase the book ;)
