Mother Nature is apparently trying to prepare me for our trip...high today was 62f. Ugh!
That was the temp we expected to encounter in all the ports on our 2010 Baltic cruise. However, we were greeted with record-breaking highs in the 90's! This time, we're packing a good assortment of warm- and cold-weather clothing. :)

Yes we had a heatwave in 2010 in Europe and St Petes was very hot. Europe is hot at the moment but the UK has a cold snap and changeable, tomorrow is hot then cooler.

That will be nice, I am going to Dover tomorrow and it's going to be sunny and 26c.
I am, currently, recruiting someone from Sweden and Denmark; and they told me that the weather is very unpredictable right now.

So, they mentioned that just to prepare for either cold, hot or even rain.

They, also, said that it's easy to walk around and take public transportation everywhere.

:)

Then, my co-workers in the UK have told me that we should not panic about the Tube strike.

I am so excited; just received the oyster cards for DH and I; and the travel card for DD.

So today we do not have any underground trains at all, but they are back to work on Friday we are not aware of any new dates at this moment but it would have to be at least Monday 20th for the next one.

I read that that there's rain in the forecast for Northern Europe: all ports. Please let us know how the weather is like.
