Has anyone used this service? Is it like Uber? I am still trying to finalize our transfer from the Port to Heathrow. Our flight leaves at 2 p.m.; however, our ship does is not ready to let passengers off until 9:30/10 a.m.

It's a new comparison site for taxis it was formed from a TV show Dragons Den, not used it but rather than a taxi firm itself it's a comparison site, I prefer to book direct. If it takes time for them to respond, do not use them.

Now disembarkation time, the 9 am seems suspect to me, in 2010 3/4 of the Baltic cruises from Dover were in at 7 am, - we were off and home by 8 am. One was in layer due to high tides at Dover. I think DCL are covering themselves.

I am going on Friday 10th to photo the cruise before ours, I hope to be there for disembarkation. I will report back.

Looks like your all set, check with your bank that you can use it in Russia and ensure they know dates so it isn't stopped for fraud. Look into the Disney shows.

Mixology testing book as you board at guest services. Unless it's an organised group of 25 people on a private event they cannot be booked in advance.

Hi Bianca! Glad you found our group! I think our family is going to do the Harry Potter transfer on the way back also. We have an 11 DS and a 7 DD.

Someone has organised some tastings exclusively for people on here or another social media site. Beck Braun has organised wine & chocolate 23 July, champagne 26 July & mixology 1 August. Otherwise it's a case of head to guest services once on board to check out availability. If you are interested in any of those contact Becky

Agreed. Or the other option is the shows may run in opposite order -i.e. the drawing one on the first visit with the constrained menu and then the standard one on the frozen night for those in AP that night.

I see what you say, but traditionally it doesn't work that way. The Signature AP show with the set meal is the black and white to colour show, it's an introduction to the servers and their countries and it's normally early on. The AP Animation Magic where you draw a character is traditionally layer in the cruise, either on the Magic or the Fantasy.

There is a sampler appetiser of meats in the Frozen meal so it could work. And with a theme of Frozen, which is an Animation you can see how it may work.

Long time back I posted that with two days at the end of the cruise at sea, they have to fill up activities On the last two days to ensure you do not feel the cruise was over in Tallinn. With a couple of hours to be given back to us from Tallinn to the UK longer nights are the best place to place Frozen deck party and fill up those last days.

What causes them scheduling issues is on Copenhagen night1 and St Petes night1 you may have 2000 people off of the ship and may miss dinner, there is no point having the AP shows on those nights.

I for one will miss the MDR meal on St Petes night, not getting back to the ship until 9 pm. We will miss Copenhagen MDR but that's because we are in Palo.

Yes, re Cabanas often in Europe it is a buffet, in particular on long days in port with sightseeing, such as Rome, Athens Kusadasi. I expected it to be a buffet and open a bit later that night, thats one of my plans, however if it is closed by my return i am going ot ask my friendly concierge host for help.

I know some posters here say that Cabanas evening meal is always a selection from the MDRs that is not my personal experience in Europe, I personally saw a carvery and salad bar with Kids items I did a walk through one night at around 8pm. Post my MDR meal.

The Oyster card for TFL (Transport for london) covers Tube, Bus, some Rail services, and some riverboats on the Thames and also helps you pay in the Emirates cable car East London.

Child you only need an Oyster if their over 10.

We have Wimbledon next week, and look at the Weather, we are going into a heatwave 29c by Tuesday 35c by Thursday, we will melt.

I thought that you had to pay extra for the concert. I am planning to be there in the evening, but I'm not going to the concert. I'd like to see the light show and then take the shuttle back to the ship.

Are there going to be shuttles back to the ship? We are doing an excursion with ABD, but they said the bus leaves at 6pm (way too early!) and we'd like to stay later. Are there other buses/shuttles from Tivoli, or would we just need to cab it?

We were hoping to see Canterbury after disembarking since our flight home is not until the next day, but the thought of dragging our luggage all over is not good. Does anyone have any experience with this?
