Reading about your Finn brought me to tears. One of my twins has a CHD called Pulmonary Stenosis. They were born at 32 weeks and she had a valvuloplasty procedure (a balloon to expand her pulmonary valve) at 4 weeks, and has been perfect ever since. We thought that that was going to be our "test", but we just discovered there is an issue with her esophagus, there is a mass pressing on it causing it to almost pinch closed. Because of where it is located they're going to have to operate on by cutting her open on the side and bypassing her heart and the millions of nerves there. We were warned about diaphragm, stomach, vocal never paralysis and everything that comes with it. We have a few weeks until the surgery, and I am already dreaming about how nice it would be to go to Disney when it's all behind us --- I know what you mean about needing some HAPPINESS!
