July 1955 THE DISNEYLAND NEWS ~ Rare find or a dime a dozen??

I recently came across a JULY 1955 THE DISNEYLAND NEWS newspaper. Is this a rare find or are there many of these out there?? It appears to be one of the first for the newspaper.

Any thoughts on this??

My hunch is you won't retire on it, but don't line the bird cage with it Did you post on the collector's board?
