Daily continuously from park opening to park closing
Extra Magic Hours - Tuesday 9:30pm to 11:15pm

Definitely best to go during extra magic hours. The line always seems to be pretty long during reg hours .

We saw them last Monday. Epcot didn't have EMH, but they were letting folks in @20 minutes early. At 9:05am, the line for Joy & Sadness was already 45 minutes!

If you want to see them quickly, get to Epcot @8:15-8:30 and be ready to hoof it over to their M&G area when they let people in.

We hit them at rope drop because Test Track was down. Great interaction.

We got in line around 9:20am on Wed 11/23 and were out by 9:40am. We were thrilled as we wanted to hit Soarin first.

We saw them in the evening around 8:00 p.m. - there were maybe 10 people ahead of us.
