The bad thing is, it's a Mac laptop I got about a year ago. It's had sooo many problems before and I have no idea why. I've never had such bad luck with a Mac before. All I tried to do was update my programs and then when I went to restart it totally just froze on the funny purple screen. And then I held down the power button long enough until it finally turned off, then when I tried to turn it back on it just goes to the white screen with the Apple and occasionally it will make that noise Apple's make when they turn on. But nothing happens, it just makes the noise. It's really, really, really annoying. xD

That is really weird. It would annoy me too. xD I've never had a Mac before, but I know they tend to be way better than PCs. I'm pretty sure that's what they use for CGI, so I'll have to learn how to use one.

Yeah Macs are awesome, I've never had so many problems with one. =/ And it's not even that old. The Windows I'm using right now is the only Windows we own. xD Macs are like perfect for that kind of business, they have so many programs and they're just so easy to use.

If you have a problem with your Mac or iPod/iPhone you can schedule an appointment then go to a Mac store and they have like a "genius bar" and they fix whatevers wrong. And they usually don't charge you either, it's probably under the warranty or something. But I have a feeling we'll be taking mine in again soon.
