Catching up on some posts I missed. Yesterday the boys and the Dad's went to the Wild by Nature Y.E.S class. As I said in my original post we bought our tickets through the Y.E.S program so attending the class was required to get the ticket discount. I gotta say the discount on the tickets we got still amazes me. We purchased 7 tickets through Y.E.S program for 4 adults and 3children and saved over $1400 based on the prices on Disney website.

The boys both loved the class. They learned alot about the animals at Animal Kingdom. They both came back with lots of knowledge to share the rest of us. The class started right on time at 8:30am and ended at 11:15am. There was alot of walking involved. We did get some pixie dust regarding the weather. It was beautiful for the entire class but started raining within 30 minutes of it ending and rained for the rest of the day.

The WiFi has really been great for us. We have 4 phones, 4 tablets, 2 iTouches and 2 laptops connected and the response time has been really good. I have uploaded alot of pictures to my photostream and had no significant delays. We even used the Wifi at the pool with good response time.

Michele and I took Savannah to have breakfast at the Castle yesterday morning. We got seated very quickly and got a nice table next to a window where we had a view of the Carousel. Savannah got to meet Cinderella, Aurora, Snow White, Belle in her blue dress and her favorite Ariel. She also got a Wand and Wishing Star. The menu for adults was interesting and a little to formal for my taste. The picture we got with Cinderella was very good. Savannah had a great time but I have to say I prefer the breakfast we did last year at Akershus.

...We got a page at 11am saying that our room was ready so we headed to the room. Upon entering I was very excited to find out that my room request had been granted. We requested a high floor facing the bus stop with an unobstructed view. We did this because we knew we would be able to see the high fireworks from Illuminations from our balcony.

lsenquis, if you have a moment, a few questions on your villa:
Is the view as good as you hoped? How did you know about making that room request!? I am planning for my trip next summer when we will be staying at BWV, so this kind of info would be great! We will be staying standard in a 1-BR. I might try for the same request as you to see if we can get something similar and possibly see the high fireworks. Was that three separate requests? (1-high floor, 2-facing bus stop, 3-unobstructed view)? Did the online check-in allow for those requests, or did you call to ask for those requests to be noted on your reservation? Thanks in advance for your advice!

I could not have asked for a better room. The view is excellent. My room request was added to my reservation. You can no longer add that kind of info during online check-in. It was all one request which was high floor, view of the bus stop, unobstructed view.

Today is our down day. We will be spending all day enjoying this beautiful resort we are staying at. Today is also the day I think I will finally have the time and energy to post pictures. So for a full review and pictures of the boardwalk check in tonight!

Sorry everyone I swear pictures are being taken and will be posted. We are following a commondo type touring plan and are coming back to the room exhausted every night. Today is Mk day and the park closes at 7pm so hoping to have time to upload some pictures tonight. In the mean, time if there is something specific you would like me to get a picture of let me know and I will try.

We are back home now and after a full night and morning of rest I am starting to feel human again. We WAY over did it on this trip and I will be changing our touring style for the next one. Going forward we will be spending more time at the resorts and less time in the parks.

Our kids loved pirates leaque. Having done BBB last year I must say I liked pirates leaque better. We also timed it very well as the pirates parade started right when our kids were finishing up their sessions and the Jack Sparrow tutorial started right after the parade.

Surrey Bikes on the Boardwalk. This is the one thing we did on our trip that I will NEVER do again. There are two hills you have to go over and it was horrible trying to get over them.

Well, congratulations for figuring this out!!!! I toured commando style for 40 trips, and then discovered that resort time can be fun. Glad you found out sooner rather than later.
