hi guys, the interviews went well, now the waiting begins! :(

ok, my day in a nutshell:

BREAKFAST: 2 pkgs mape brown sugar oatmeal

LUNCH: 1 pep pizza lean pocket + 1 c cut strawberries sweetened w/splenda

SNACK: nutragrain bar

DINNER: 4 chicken tenders grilled, 1/4 c rice, 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese

SNACK: med dipped cone from dairy queen...this was a splurge, but not a cheet as it was planned and I had plenty of calories left for the splurge...

WATER: 32 oz...not enough, need to boost that tomorrow...

EXERCISE: we took the night off, though jeff got some swimming in my parent's pool, i didn't swim... we are helping my brother beau move tomorrow, loading the uhaul, and packing and unpacking so i'm sure i'll get a workout, plus we are doing our normal 3 miles tomorrow evening! It was nice to have a night off though :)

Mike--I swim 24/7 anyhow...so the extra just seemed tiring to me :rotfl2: lmbo

I should know something from my interview not next week, but the following week for all positions I've interviewed for...4 now..UGH!


today's plan:

cereal bar for breakfast, water

lunch, playing it by ear, we'll be helping Beau move...so who knows, but it WILL be a good choice NO FAST FOOD FOR ME! :)

dinner...hummmm no clue...something on the grill no doubt! chicken? turkey? fish? whos' to say? LOL

WALKING later this evening MY NORMAL 3 MILES!

scale holding steady this morning....I'M LOOKING for another loss VERY soon though! :)

Glad to hear the interviews went well. I hate waiting but hopefully the waiting will end fabulous results!!!!!

And make sure you count the lifting and moving as something for exercise today - that's a workout in itself :)

back from moving OMG it was hot and hard...moved them to an upstairs apartment UGH :eek:

anyhow, back now, was planning on walking 3 miles, not sure i have teh energy for it, but still may! :)

ok, need to run ;) or walk :teeth: hehe

not much to report this weekend...it's been so hot here we've opted out of walking the past three nights....we're under a heat advisory til 11pm each night, and beginning early in the AM, and it's just not safe to be out walking in it 3 miles...so I've gotten a bit of a break, however, the heat is supposed to break on Wednesday and I'll be back to walking my 3...until then I have a few exercise tapes we're going to do, along with DDR.

food today:

BREAKFAST: cereal bar

LUNCH: 1.5 turkey burgers on low cal bread w/onion & cheese

DINNER: teryake chicken on the grill, a little white rice (1/4 c)

SNACK: ff pineapple sherbert

WATER: not enough, but about 20 oz...gotta get on the water tomorrow!!!

Hi, Jen! It sounds like you got in a lot of exercise this weekend. That is awesome! I am sure you will see all sorts of downward motion on the scale.

So glad the interviews went well. It is great to have all those responses to look forward to. :listen: Hopefully, you will soon have some tough choices to make.

So, how goes it in the cheat-free zone? Doing okay? Pop in on the thread if you get a chance and share your success with the rest of us challengers. I think you are probably around 27 days by now,and I want to throw you a "more than a quarter of the way there" celebration! :teeth:

I do find it harder to get enough water in on the weekends. Since I'm going to the bathroom every 15-30 minutes it's hard to leave the house when I'm drinking. So I curtailed it a bit so I could actually go do things!!!! :)
