hi guys, the interviews went well, now the waiting begins!
ok, my day in a nutshell:
BREAKFAST: 2 pkgs mape brown sugar oatmeal
LUNCH: 1 pep pizza lean pocket + 1 c cut strawberries sweetened w/splenda
SNACK: nutragrain bar
DINNER: 4 chicken tenders grilled, 1/4 c rice, 1/2 c low fat cottage cheese
SNACK: med dipped cone from dairy queen...this was a splurge, but not a cheet as it was planned and I had plenty of calories left for the splurge...
WATER: 32 oz...not enough, need to boost that tomorrow...
EXERCISE: we took the night off, though jeff got some swimming in my parent's pool, i didn't swim... we are helping my brother beau move tomorrow, loading the uhaul, and packing and unpacking so i'm sure i'll get a workout, plus we are doing our normal 3 miles tomorrow evening! It was nice to have a night off though
