OK, HERE'S THE GOODS!!!

BREAKFAST: Breakfast granola/yogurt bar

LUNCH: cajun turkey sandwich on ff low cal bread (2 pc) a few low cal tortila chips and my famous dip, 1 kelloggs 80 cal granola bar

DINNER: HC pep french bread pizza, low cal yogurt

SNACK: handful of dried pineapple

40 OZ water

1 GLASS Crystal Light

EXERCISE: walked 1 mile!!! :cheer2:

YAY!!!

today was a good day...I am getting excited for disney!...can't wait actually!!! :D

Trying to tie up loose ends now...staying on track with my exercising and eating and I'm excited!!! HERE I COME 20# LOSS!!! oh yea!!! ;)

Keep up the great work. Just 3 more days! Just think -- by the time you leave to see Mickey, you will probably have lost 15 pounds. Aren't you glad you worked so hard? You should be really proud of yourself.
So, what is the menu today? Something good, I hope! I always get ideas from you. Actually, I think I will go to my journal and put in my food plan for the day, since I was so out of control this weekend. Gotta get back on track! Thank you so much for inspiring me!

What's happening today girls and boys? :)

GUESS WHAT I FOUND OUT LAST NIGHT??? The condo We're staying in (Doubletree Resort Orlando-Villas at Maingate) has a gym to work out!! I'M SO SUPER :cool1: DE :cool1: DUPER :goodvibes PUMPED about this!!!

It's going to make it SOOOOO much easier to keep losing while I'm there! I'll probably get more exercise during vacation that I get in a normal week!!!! YAY!!!!!! :banana: :banana: :banana:

Ok, what is my game plan for today: Well I'm at work now, I'm going to try to sneak out of here today around 4:15-4:30...we'll see!

EATS: I brought raspberry yogurt (lite) for breakfast, HC french bread pep pizza for lunch along with strawberries, and another lite yogurt (peach)

Not sure what I'm doing for dinner...it will probably be left over bbq chicken in the fridge...as soon as I get home tonight I'm going to have to eat fast and then we have to leave for Jaron's 8th GRADE GRADUATION...it starts at 7pm.

My DM, DMinL, grandparents, are all coming up for it...should be nice!

I'm going to walk on my lunch hour today so I get my exercise in or I won't since the evening is so busy! I'm also going to call gator to tell him to walk today so he gets his in! :teeth:

ok, I think that's enough about ME...oh well one more thing...I put on this shirt today to wear to work, and before it "just fit" it was what I would call a little "snug" around me, but not too tight to wear...now it is loose!!! I couldn't believe it...scales were holding steady this morning, and the bloated feeling is going away FINALLY!!! I'm looking for a GREAT week with some more LOSS before I leave on THURSDAY!!! Sounds good to me! :earsgirl:

I'll be checking journals throughout the day, and updating mine as I go along! Huggies!

Sounds like you have a busy day ahead...great plan to walk during your lunch.

Walking at WDW always seems like PLENTY of exercise for me, so I'm impressed your looking into the gym as well ;). You and gator will have such a great time....think of all the extra energy you'll have now that you've been exercizing!

Congrats on the loose clothes! And, have a great week!!!
 
Have a great time at the World. I always get more exercise on vacation because there are less pressures - no work, cleaning, errands, cooking, laundry etc. I always enjoy the fitness centres and the pools especially. Love to swim. It is fun to try the different machines at the fitness centres... and of course, walking around Disney will help a lot. Have fun. :flower:

Hey, Jen! Congrats on the loose shirt. That must feel sooo great. Keep up the super effort.

I am so glad you found out your resort has a fitness center. I'd like to make a suggestion, based on what I experienced in March at Old Key West. I don't remember exactly what was in the fitness center there, but I do know every fitness center/workout room I've seen in any hotel or resort has a treadmill and an exercise bike, at the very least. I committed myself to going 1/2 of the days we were there, and I told myself I would either use the exercise bike for 20 minutes or walk the treadmill for 1 mile. By making a "smaller" commitment, meeting it was much more do-able.
Just think about how great you will feel if you can post that you went to the fitness center!

:cheer2: Walked my mile (well actually it's just over a mile)...came back had my hc pizza...(yum, these do not taste "diet" to me)...eating some cut strawberries now...and have a yogurt as well (peach ummmm) :cheer2:


GOTTA DOWN ANOTHER 16 OZ of water so i can refill my jug and start on the second 32 oz after lunch! :) :earboy2:

so all is well in the world of JEN :teeth:

How's your day going Cam..I'm in the middle of an email to you, but I've not finished it yet! LOL...it's coming :teeth:

And congrats on the water intake. Keep it up, chickie!

BTW, was feeling a little down about my phsyical limitations as those manifested yesterday at the gym. So, I started a DIS WISH thread called something like "musings of a 1/2 marathon wannabe jogger".

Wish you were planning on walking the 1/2. I could use a like minded "up" walking buddy. :)
 
you know i'd LOVE to do it, but I just didn't figure i'd be ready to do somethin glike that by jan...(physically i mean)...i didn't figure i'd be able to keep pace... :( NEXT year I"m sooooooo doing it!!! 2007 that is! :)

ok, i officially have blisters on the ball of each foot from my walk today at noon (DANG IT!)...I knew better than to walk a mile in flat sandals! :(

I'm leaving work today at 4:30 so I can get home in time to make sure Jaron looks ok for his graduation (Lord knows what he'll put on and Jeff will approve) :rotfl: ...and my mom will probably be at the house when I get there too, so need to get there as soon as possible!

I won't post anymore til tonight after the graduation guys!!!

There is so much I have to say! You're doing great, congrats on the looser fitting shirt, congrats on Jaron's graduation, have fun at the World! Eat lots of yummy food that's healthy and exercise!
 
Jen, you are just such an inspiration! What an awesome job you've done! 14 pounds- wow- that was quick! Mickey will be so proud! And congrats on your shirt being loose! isn't that just the best feeling in the world? I know I just love when something is loose! Of course, after my weekend, all my stuff feels tighter even though the scales say I lost- oh well! I know you are about to go nuts waiting until Thursday- this will probably be the longest week ever! Hang in there- it'll be here and you'll be seeing Mickey!! I'll check in with you in the morning!

BREAKFAST:Lite Raspberry Yogurt + 1 c honey bunches of oats w/almonds ;)

LUNCH: HC French bread pizza (pepperoni), cut strawberries & lite peach yogurt :flower:

SNACK: Strawberry yogurt/granola bar (these are fab!) :teeth:

DINNER: Home made bbq chicken sandwich on 2 pc ff/low cal bread...+ about 12 Plain baked lays chips :cool1:

70 OZ WATER

EXERCISE: 1.2 miles today on my lunch hour!!! WOOO WHOOO!!! :banana:

AM I ROCKIN OR WHAT? :Pinkbounc NOPE NOT ROCKIN'......
