It's going to make it SOOOOO much easier to keep losing while I'm there! I'll probably get more exercise during vacation that I get in a normal week!!!! YAY!!!!!!
Ok, what is my game plan for today: Well I'm at work now, I'm going to try to sneak out of here today around 4:15-4:30...we'll see!
EATS: I brought raspberry yogurt (lite) for breakfast, HC french bread pep pizza for lunch along with strawberries, and another lite yogurt (peach)
Not sure what I'm doing for dinner...it will probably be left over bbq chicken in the fridge...as soon as I get home tonight I'm going to have to eat fast and then we have to leave for Jaron's 8th GRADE GRADUATION...it starts at 7pm.
My DM, DMinL, grandparents, are all coming up for it...should be nice!
I'm going to walk on my lunch hour today so I get my exercise in or I won't since the evening is so busy! I'm also going to call gator to tell him to walk today so he gets his in!
ok, I think that's enough about ME...oh well one more thing...I put on this shirt today to wear to work, and before it "just fit" it was what I would call a little "snug" around me, but not too tight to wear...now it is loose!!! I couldn't believe it...scales were holding steady this morning, and the bloated feeling is going away FINALLY!!! I'm looking for a GREAT week with some more LOSS before I leave on THURSDAY!!! Sounds good to me!
