It's possible. I know somebody who is 10 years older than her sister, and she was always jealous of her. I never really saw why, but she was.

And can't the figure out that prisons already have literacy programs. They can probably make it without the help of a high school dropout (oh wait, she got her GED so that makes all the difference).
