I vote that JA will talk FOREVER :mic: ... She will begin with talking about when she was a wee little fetus in her mother's womb and will continue until she uses every single word in the Webster's dictionary at least once :faint: ... This is her last hoorah in front of the cameras ... She has no intentions of going quietly, IMO :mic: ...
::yes:: Absolutely! She loves the limelight and while faking remorse she won't miss a minute to trash TA. This will not be short and sweet.:hourglass:crazy2:

:lmao: Yes, like "green-witch" time. And "de"edify. Miss Einstein. :lmao::rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2: What a visual! The courtroom set up like an art gallery, and Jodi with a pointer proudly pointing out how she can stick a juror's face smack in the middle of an advertisement. Then JM could come back with her photography skills from the day of June 4, 2008.
::yes:: You read my mind.:rolleyes2

She is definitely a loose cannon, but I can't help but believe that her priority is going to be trying to manipulate this jury (as much as she would like to continue to take potshots at the Alexanders). Since they've found her guilty, she knows where they stand, and I suspect she'll try to make herself look pitiful - like she did during trial. OTOH though, there is NOOO telling what that nut will do. :rotfl2:
Definitely! But like they were saying on HLN, she has a way of saying things without saying them. Like when Nurmi asked her on the stand if she felt remorse, she said yes, that she wished it had never happened and that she could go back to the time before she met Travis. So basically what's she's saying is yeah, sure, she has remorse...that she ever met the man that abused her and forced her to kill him.

Did you see the Arias family leaving the courthouse? None of them looked too upset about things (um...NO ONE IS GOING TO TESTIFY ON BEHALF OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBER...NOT upsetting??), and Jodi's sister...the future cop or whatever she's going to be...was smiling, as was some woman with blond highlighted hair, who then covered her mouth...it appeared she was covering her smile. (Not the mother's twin.)

And I bet she will show how amazing her memory is and talk about the moment she was conceived and probably how God told her that she was coming to this world be something super special! :rotfl:
When my kids were little, I was part of a moms group, and there was this woman who swore she remembered her birth. But the really special part was when she kind of RE-ENACTED while narrating it for us.

But I digress.

The prosecution is always getting the blame. Why not blame yourself. I am sure that the judge has gotten advice from other judges on these matters as well, so it will cover her as well. So this is the 3rd time that Jodi's DT has asked to be dismissed. I am sure JSS is getting tired of hearing this motion as well. I think the DT needs to be told that due their own client they have hurt themselves. To many people taking , giving interviews, lying on the stand. Not claiming taxes on sold pictures. Jodi giving an interview right after sentencing. Nurmi should be pissed at Jodi for saying Nurmi she had no mitigating factors.

They need time to write out her statement before tomorrow. There is nothing Jodi can say,or show that will help. At this point I don't think remorse is an option for show and tell. The jurors would see right through her.

I think that ship has sailed pirate:

Hahaha that is too funny. By the way, where's Piglet? I haven't seen her in a little while, could this be the day?!?!?!

One more thing. :) When did NG pay for those pictures of Patty Womack's wedding? Only since the trial, right? So...as a former accountant (in my other life, BC...before children)...I'm wondering why that would be an issue? If this was first quarter income, an estimated tax payment would be due April 15. If she missed that, she could easily make a late payment, pay a penalty if necessary, interest for the time late. I don't think it would be a huge issue. But then again, I don't even do my own taxes anymore...what do I know. :confused3

Surely she would post if she was about to leave for the hospital, no? :) Or from her smartphone? Or how about livestreaming? :lmao:

I do hope she's doing well! :flower3:

If she's going to be so rude as to not keep us all up to date...I think we should march on down to the hospital and just wait until Charlotte is born!

I have to say I would never hire Nurmi as my defense attorney after seeing him in action. Repeatedly asking to get off of a trial...even after the verdict is in just sounds so unprofessional to me. Not that I would ever NEED an attorney.

According to this tweet, i guess Patti doesn't want to report her earnings or she might lose her welfare. Not sure if it is true or if I am reading the tweet correctly:

@stark3923: PATTI did not inform welfare that Patti received income from selling #jodiarias PHOTO/VIDEO TO NANCY GRACE SHOW = FACT #jodiarias

She still has to claim it. CA did not and I don't know how they found out. But Patty is not in jail. So she has no excuse for not claiming it.

We're family. We have a right to be there, don't we? (Ever see the "my MIL wants to be there for the delivery" threads? )

He wouldn't be my choice, but maybe he'll have a sale on his services for anyone looking for a cheap defense. ;)

I have skyped a birth to a Dad in Afghanistan before :p

For a bit of a backstory, I was 18 when I had my daughter and I was always a bit loud and boisterous and during my pregnancy, I was a serious jerk..may I venture to say that I was a b***h!! When I was in labor, I was in so much pain and they suggested that I use the hottub which was down the hall. We went down there and it did nothing for me, plus I was reallllly hot so I declined clothes and walked down the hallway naked even though they were trying to cover me up. When I got to my room, it wasn't long after that I had to push. My mom, kid's sperm donor, 3 of my friends and the doctor and the nurses, plus a few students were in the room with me. At this point I shouted out the door "Whoever else wants to see my hoo-ha on display, get in here!!!"...that's when I heard my brother's girlfriend (who worked at the hospital...whom I disliked greatly) start coming in and I said "Except her!!! DONT LET HER IN!!!!!" :rotfl: Gosh I was so mean. But yeah, at that point I couldn't have cared less who was in there. Oh wait, let me point out my daughter's oh so sweet sperm donor said "Holy crap!!! It looks like a wet st.bernard coming through a doggy door!!!" At that point he could have went away!!!! :rotfl2:

I guess PW spoke with news and said her heart went out to the Alexander family.....

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/201...pulls-out-citing-threats-and-inner-turmoil?li

I wish some of these articles would get their facts straight.

Jurors, after hearing tearful statements from Alexander’s brother and sister, ruled that Arias had been “especially cruel,” a finding that made her eligible for the death penalty under Arizona law. The same jury is considering whether to sentence her to death.

No. Jurors heard from Alexander's brother and sister AFTER they had already found her "especially cruel."

Thanks for reminding me. I meant to post this over the weekend, but never got the chance. DW saw this and she already set our DVR. We'll be out of town and won't get a chance to watch it.
