Remember JM used to always correct his witnesses when they said "I think" and "I believe" because he said it didn't make them sound certain ...

I know he lied to the judge about the income and was hiding it. But is this a defense he is paying for or court appointed?

I have a feeling that a separate Zimmerma thread could become quite contentious and probably be closed with a lot of folks rather than just those who've been involved in this thread and there's no way to prevent that. I hope I'm making sense.

I agree, that things don't line up. We will have to see what evidence the defense I actually able to present, or if they are successful in punching holes in the prosecutor's case.

It may be a while, the next ruling will be on July 18th to see if the judge will allow them to continue in January of 2014

BTW, did you see Arias' appearance last week in court? It was quite the sight. She was in her prison garb and shackled, also guarded by at least 3 sheriffs. The look in her eyes was that of a cold blooded killer, not the act she put on during trial.
