Why, because they're crying? Or one said she was sorry to the Alexander family? They KNOW that this just drags things on for the Alexander family, but that doesn't mean they can get past how strongly they feel one way or another for giving THIS defendant, in THIS case, death. I'm hugely disappointed, but I "get it".Are they kidding?
I hope this doesn't mean that Jodi can talk for the next two months plus the whole next penalty phase.@chriswnews: Waiting to see if #JodiArias jury will talk. Headed downstairs to live location for @EVBLive
@courtpio: The next court date for State v Jodi Arias in a status conference on June 20th regarding re-sentencing.
Kar is going to be so upset about this.
That's the only reason I can think of that she was so upset - being afraid that those interviews may come back to haunt her.
Yep.![]()

I hope this judge buckles down and restricts Jodi's access to the media, to whatever extent she can legally. Which unfortunately is probably not at all.
DH better cough up a damn good birthday present for me now.
I think she was initially upset because there was a verdict, and her parents weren't there. Rewatching it, it looks like Willie smiled, and Jodi breathed a sigh of relief. I think she's thinking "I pulled off another one." On to the next battle. I despise her. That's the only reason I can think of that she was so upset - being afraid that those interviews may come back to haunt her.

I know. I wish people would cut them a break.Yeah, I'm watching the talking heads fingering who they think held up justice. These jurors better go into hiding now.
I've seen that so many times on True Crime shows...the jury finds out all the stuff they didn't know, and would have made a different decision...both ways tho!ARGH!!!!!!! So frustrated.
Wonder how many will go home, read all that's been written over the last 5 plus months and go "Damn, should have voted death!"
ARGH!
Anyone watching the local broadcast from AZCentral? Some local attorney there on the news saying there's no way to get another jury that hasn't been influenced in some way over this trial.

I'm so upset by this, but probably for much different reasons than everyone else. I can't believe we still live in a society where people actually root for someone's death. I understand the family's anger completely, but its amazing what this has turned into and how people think they know everything about what actually happened.
Maybe it's because I'm a victim of domestic abuse myself and because I spend so much time volunteering for a local shelter, but I can't shake the thought that there's a tiny possibility that Travis wasn't 100% innocent. Seeing what I've seen, I can't help but wonder if she killed him because he didn't have the chance to kill her first. But again, my opinion is extremely biased.
