Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

beth Karas is saying that a police dog has been brought into the courtroom. I wonder why?

Based on these, and previous, juror questions, atleast ONE juror seems to be buying atleast part of her story.

I think Willie was implying that if the neck wound was before the shot to the head (as the state says), then TA's head wouldn't be able to be held up so the bullet couldn't have gone in the path that it did ...

But that doesn't necessarily mean to me that JA didn't prop TA up somehow after she slit his throat and shoot him either ...

Agree with both posts. ::yes::

Many people were confused as far as the sequence events went. This hopefully cleared up ANY confusion on that for that juror and any others, as far as anybody watching the trial.

It was VERY important and damaging testimony, and that is why JM waited to use it for last I am sure.

My hope is that this JURY sees how absolutely CREDIBLE, EDUCATED and PROFESSIONAL all of the STATE's witnesses were.

PRAYING PRAYING PRAYING.

The questions don't worry me. It makes me think that someone wants to be able to convict her beyond any reasonable doubt.

YOU SEE I knew it the shot was last! It was the Coup de grâce! She stabbed him first! Shot him last!
I know some of you did, but many did not, I just knew it though.
I have believed this all along, some did not though.
So what you're saying is, you knew it, but some did not? ;)

Who do you remind me of? :scratchin
Thought he was shot downward, down his cheek? And not all shots to the brain incapacitate people. My friend shot himself and didnt die, he is the one who called 911 and walked out to the ambulance. Though I do think the shot was her final "F**k You" to him.
I agree. I watched a show where a man was shot twice in the head (not sure what type of gun), left for dead, and his two daughters were kidnapped. The father ended up on a snowmobile, racing to his brother's house to get help, and survived. You hear this stuff all the time. And IIRC, it wasn't all that clear in the beginning of the case, which is probably why JM called Dr Horn back again. (And somehow I also remember Dr Horn being better looking?? :confused3 Of course, years have passed since the trial started. ;))

At one point, I speculated, and I think I got some agreement from UR, that he was shot first, and went to the sink to look at what the damage was. I DO have a hard time, or I did earlier on, with the idea that a relatively small sized woman would risk...when she has a gun...stabbing someone. I do believe more now in the possibility, considering how, as the trial progressed, we got more behind the scenes looks at her personality/behavior, and now that we've watched this testimony again.

But yes, some of us did analyze other possibilities. ::yes::

If she would have slit his throat first he would not have needed to be shot at all.

The stabbing came first because of all the defense wounds. Then his throat, then the gun shot.

It's 5 o'clock somewhere, right? :smokin: :rotfl:

Hell yeah!!

Did the judge tell the jury, "We'll call you back when we need you"? I thought that's what she said, and to me that implies maybe we aren't finished for today. If we were, she likely would have said, "See you next Wednesday, 9 a.m. sharp, on time, do not be late for fear of mass penalties." :rotfl:

We were "confused". :thumbsup2

@BethKaras: The Alexanders just went into the witness room behind the courtroom. Most of them were crying, or appeared to be. #JodiArias

He is in a semi-upright position in the shower. He could have been more upright until she shot him. That side of his head was on the inside of the shower though.

Not only that, Juan proved his point about the closet incident. Shelf would have been toppled over to get the gun. And ME said that there would have been blood right where she shot him.
