1. JA stated she shot TA in middle of bathroom, if that were true and he was bleeding from nose/mouth, wouldn’t there have been blood in middle of bathroom floor?

2. Is it possible you could be wrong about TA being able to ambulate for only a few seconds after gunshot?

3. Could you explain what could happen to cause a different outcome? What could happen to cause TA to still move well and for a longer length of time?

4. Can you explain why TA was still alive when his throat was cut?

Travis could NOT have attacked Jodi after being shot, it would have incapacitated him immediately. He would of been KOed if not dead. So Jodi HAD top of stabbed him first, then as the Coup de grâce she shot him.

I have believed this all along, some did not though. However this proves it and proves all of Jodi's lies are just that LIES!

This is the Medical examiner on the stand BTW.

Thought he was shot downward, down his cheek? And not all shots to the brain incapacitate people. My friend shot himself and didnt die, he is the one who called 911 and walked out to the ambulance. Though I do think the shot was her final "F**k You" to him.

JW just ended with something about being shot in the head and not being able to hold your head up and the ME said CORRECT. Am I missing something or does that pretty much say HOW IN THE HECK would TA have been to come at JA after he was shot if he could not hold his head up????

It really shows how viscious and cruel Arias was when she murdered Travis. The only way for the blood flow to continue is if the heart is still pumping. It sickens me to think of all of the stab wounds, and then she slices his his throat ear-to-ear, and then top that off with a gun shot to the head (after he's already dead).

I really hope the jury connects the dots on the premeditation of this murder. I think when they examine the evidence during deliberations, and look at the autopsy photos of Travis, they are going to conclude it was murder 1.

No, the shot was through the top of the skull downward and exited through the lower back of the skull. It would of went through the frontal lobe that controls body control, Travis would of been immediately incapacitated (KOed) because of this meaning his could not struggle, he could not move to defend himself or attack Jodi and he certainly could not chase her or attack her.

She stabbed him first, she wanted him to suffer. I am sorry to hear about your friend, has he got help since then?

I think Willie was implying that if the neck wound happened before the shot to the head (as the state says), then TA's head wouldn't have been able to be held up so the bullet couldn't have gone in the path that it did ...

But that doesn't necessarily mean to me that JA didn't prop TA up somehow after she slit his throat and shoot him either ...
