The problem the jury might have with this witness, and her spelling of SKU, is that she just doesn't (no offense to her, bless her heart ) come off as the brightest bulb. And she said that she pulled and made copies of the information. If we question her ability, why should the jury not question how things were handled? And why didn't they get some executive, or at least a store manager, in a suit to testify?

WHY did JM feel the need to ask her how it's spelled. SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is pronounced skew, but did he HAVE to ask. UGH!

Oy.

She spelled the pronunciation ...

Hopefully she realizes that and sounds confident and intelligent enough on cross.
