I finally got an email response from FB from reporting the Travis Alexander is a pervert page that the profile pic is the autopsy pic of his neck slashed that we were discussing this morning. Here is the email I received from FB.

I replied "how is a picture of a dead person not in violation of your terms?"

I let my whole opinion out on them when I received that email.

I finally got an email response from FB from reporting the Travis Alexander is a pervert page that the profile pic is the autopsy pic of his neck slashed that we were discussing this morning. Here is the email I received from FB.

I replied "how is a picture of a dead person not in violation of your terms?"

That's what I asked the too, basically. I asked them how was a picture of a dead man with his throat slashed and blood coming from his nose and mouth not considered GRAPHIC CONTENT?? The page has since been taken down. I guess enough reports and their system just removes it.

Oh , of course that is her strategy, I was wondering why she was talking so fast, but it was meant to try and trip her up and confuse her. But JD caught on very quickly.

Exactly what I was going to say....all of the shows on HLN always have strong opposing viewpoints, I believe they are designed/directed that was to be more "entertaining".

Joey Jackson has argued for the defense on HLN After Dark and I certainly don't think that it was because it was the opinion he supported- it was a role he was playing.

Joey Jackson is definitely playing the role of the defense, as someone in a Debate class would have to argue for a side, whether that side was the side he/she actually agreed with or not. But to be honest, I just hate to hear Joey Jackson playing that part! He's just too darn cute!

The thing about Jinga tho is that I do think she's genuinely wishy washy. I much prefer Beth Karas...she just comes off as smarter and more straight-forward, IMHO.

I agree. Which just gave me a flashback to, oh about 100 years ago, when JM was cross-examining Jodi about something, and he'd get something wrong in his question, and she'd correct him, and he'd say "So you DO remember!"

This is copy/pasted from WS regarding JW possibly using the B-word. Maybe true, maybe JW's friends helping cover for her? I still think she has too much professionalism to use the B word while standing in front of the judge.

She so did NOT say "you betcha". Doesn't sound like that at all to me, and the timing and volume of her statement just doesn't fit "you betcha." IMHO, of course. I just replayed it a couple of times...and I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon in this case, or the CA case, unless I believed something myself...and to me, it sounded like she said "What a *****." As far as her not risking her professionalism in open court and in front of a judge...it's not like she obviously and openly made the statement meaning to be heard...IF she did in fact make that statement (I absolutely won't be betting my kids' lives on it...I'm not THAT sure she did), she meant to mumble it to herself, and not be heard. And if everyone out there was like me, it would have gone unnoticed. But once my attention was called to it, yup, sounds like it to me.

I didn't listen with headphones tho...I think they're in my tote bag in the car. Maybe I'll try it tomorrow.

I am! I'm catching up on HLN shows. Had an unplanned trip to a store 20 miles away earlier in the evening, and then DH and I had to watch Survivor, so it set me back. I did see that Nancy Grace said she's been inundated with phone calls and emails about B****gate, so I wanted to see if it's mentioned on the other shows, so I'm paying a little more attention to them instead of just FFing through them, or deleting them without watching. Such dedication I have!

I don't like who they've picked to play Jodi in the movie. Never heard of her, and I don't think she looks anything like Jodi, altho it's amazing sometimes how they transform people.

Well it sounds like Wilma did say IT at least to me but yet I can't imagine a professional (as she is trying to be) would even THINK to say that word in a courtroom during a trial especially of this nature (LIVE telecast).

I saw that JVM was playing that video of JA that was the joke one (from last month) yesterday on her show......JVM said she thinks that actress does JA perfect as far as her demeanor.....LOL!!!! JA's no remorse demeanor!!!!

I bet you that Jodi isn't sleeping at night. Somewhere in that complex mind of hers that in some aspect that the trial isn't going well. Her only way to have some control is to use the stall tactic. She better get used to this because it ain't going to get any better.
