Yes, I am ok! Had to rush the dog to the vet. He swallowed a rock and had surgery this AM to take it out. Dumb dog. He should be home by Friday as long as he is eating.



Still cooking! Feeling warm today and trying to be still and not overheat. It's about 75 but I feel like its 90!

I hope he is better soon!

Poor puppy! Our old Lab used to swallow rocks all the time and then eventually throw them up...one after the other...click click click... We've had the quirkiest dogs. Hope yours is OK...like you need THAT now!

I had a summer baby, a fall baby, and a winter baby. Winter was definitely easier...didn't even need a coat here in New England. For our summer baby, DH was curled up in bed with blankets while I was sprawled out trying to catch the wind from the A/C. Ah...memories!

Our A/C is at like 65 right now. You all would freeze! I'm sitting here in a tank top and shorts.... With some slightly swollen ankles.

I was going to pick up Chinese but was stuck home waiting for a roofing guy who never arrived. It's after 6 and hasn't even called. I'm quite irritated. Made stuffed biscuits and salad instead, I really wanted a night off cooking
