Not sure! At some point I'm guessing there will be a montage of burps, water spilling, and computer ineptness on youtube. Can't wait!!!

Maybe it's spurred by my love of Dr. Horn, but this particular testimony from Dr. Burp/Doze is really pissing me off. I have a very difficult time believing the assessment of a neuroPSYCHOLOGIST over a MEDICAL EXAMINER when it comes to the effect a bullet would have on a particular region of the brain. And his response that the "lack of intracranial bleeding" implies there was no damage to the brain is just crap. There was no bleeding because there was no blood left in his body by that point.

I just hope that the jury takes the answer from Dr. Horn ('from the location of the two holes in the skull, I know the bullet went through the frontal lobe of the brain") over this guy's blabber.

I believe the ME's report and testimony over Dr. Burb. There was no bleeding because the heart was no longer pumping blood, Travis was dead. The amount of blood loss was from the stab wounds and slicing the neck ear-to-ear, and I'm sure every juror must understand this. Also, just because the brain was in decomposition, doesn't mean there was no damage. The bullet traveled in a line, and went through the brain, it really is geometry.

I think Juan was just showing off how he can pour water without spilling it.

Did the judge really just say, "Let's synchronize our watches." ? Perhaps that's been the problem all along - watches that were out of synch! Yeah, that's it!
