I was just thinking with the schedule the Judge stated today in Court, how would there be time for DT to put witnesses up there and have JM rebut those witnesses and call his own in.

Just hoping its dropped. But you never know with this trial.





ALSO, someone posted earlier that Tanisha was banned from chambers … is that TRUE? Does anyone know and why?

So since the judge is wrapping things up...did the surrebuttal get tossed out? I can't keep up with this trial!

She is claiming she was pregnant and had a miscarriage. I don't believe that bull. She would of gone to a Dr. to get checked out ,therefore leaving a record of it. People are trying to make it seem that this may be about the fight that she and Travis had during the text messages and Travis exposing Jodi.

I don't believe Jodi because she's a liar, and because like all her other claims, she has no proof, but I have no proof of one of my pregnancies/miscarriages either...had a positive home pregnancy test, and now that I think about it, I did go for another test at the Dr, but I hadn't gone for an actual appt before I miscarried. I only went for another test at the Dr's office because I called for an appt after my home test was positive and they have to have a positive result for their test before they'd make an appt (and I was married and had a child so the first thing I would do would be to start the ball rolling with Dr's appts). Again...I don't believe Jodi, because I don't believe much of anything she says, but I also don't believe she'd immediately start the process beyond a home pregnancy test either.

She says that Travis was turned on by the scene in the shower and wanted to do it. And using the knife it got out of hand. To bad Jodi was dressed. But she is also blaming it all on Alfred Hitchcock.

You had asked about the "heat of passion/manslaughter" issue. That's just one of the charges to determine guilt or not guilty. Do you mean the surrebuttal? Not sure if that's been granted or not. They were kind of debating it on HLN...is there time next Wednesday when the trial is going to go on until they're done, or if it just wasn't granted. Haven't watched all the night time HLN shows, so I'm not sure if they've cleared that up yet.

No idea about Tanisha banned from chambers. Wonder if the stress is getting to her and she let loose at Jodi.

Aw, thanks. They were a long time ago. First one was tough...first pregnancy, 13 weeks, night in the hospital...devastating (still remember the date). We got our first puppy instead so I could be a mommy right away. Second pregnancy was my first DD, now 24! Then the 2nd miscarriage, 7 weeks, no medical intervention needed. Next was DD, now 22. Then DS, 20, altho I was sure I was having another miscarriage. So I consider myself extremely blessed!

thanks for posting the answers. My question would have been "was there any dust on the shelves and if there was were there any outlines of a gun or anything showing that someone reached up there and disturbed the dust.

The jury is asking such good questions. I'm amazed at their ability to pay attention to details, after the months and months of testimony.

I hate to think it, but I do believe she showered in the tub with Travis' body. I think she stripped down and got the blood off, and then changed her clothes. I wonder if she used some of the gas to burn her clothes.

That was my thinking too..she showered there..either before she dragged him back in there or she stood in there along with his body.
